Founded in 1979 by Jacques Demers and Paul Beaulne, our firm of public accountants has witnessed a substantial growth over the years. Today, partners and around 120 employees form a dynamic and professional team who can meet the varied needs of its customers.
First known for our expertise in obtaining grants, we’ve maintained this core competency while developing our services in government financing and taxation. Our clients’ satisfaction with the personalized service and sound advice offered by our professionals has swiftly led our team to develop other services such as assurance and auditing.
In 1983, in the same spirit of specialization and expansion of the services offered, we created Demers Beaulne Groupe Conseil inc. to offer management consulting services.
In 1993, we created a new entity for business turnaround: Demers Beaulne inc., trustee in bankruptcy.
In 2000, we appointed Robert St-Aubin as Director to ensure continuity in the firm’s leadership. Respecting the original vision of its founders and bringing his own personal ambitions, Robert St-Aubin created, in 2002, the financial & organizational services (FOS) team. With this new team, the firm continues to evolve while offering a more integrated approach.
