Analyste d’affaires / Gestionnaire de projet

Reporting to the Innovation Manager, in collaboration with other members of various departments, the incumbent will play a key role in the realization of strategic projects, both digital and organizational.

  • Analyze business processes and formulate recommendations in line with the firm’s objectives
  • Define business needs, draw up specifications and coordinate the various stages of implementation
  • Plan and manage projects (scope, budget, schedule, deliverables)
  • Work closely with users, external suppliers and internal IT teams
  • Support stakeholders in adopting new tools or processes (change management)
  • Develop and implement communication, training and organizational transition plans
  • Participate in project governance, risk identification and management of adjustment requests
  • Ensure compliance with applicable IT security guidelines
  • Participate in the evaluation and upgrading of software and solutions
  • Contribute to the firm’s culture of innovation
  • University degree in administration, business analysis, technology, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a role combining business analysis and project management, ideally in a context of organizational or technological transformation.
  • Experience in a professional services firm (an asset)
  • Mastery of requirements gathering, process modeling (e.g. BPMN) and functional writing techniques.
  • Strong project management skills (planning, monitoring, coordination).
  • Proven experience in change management :
    • Ability to anticipate organizational impacts,
    • Development of support plans,
    • Running workshops or information sessions,
    • Support for user adoption and mobilization.
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, judgment and adaptability.
  • Proven interpersonal skills for working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Bilingual French-English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM and project management tools
