Working alongside several of the firm’s stakeholders, the incumbent is responsible for various files requiring frequent interaction with clients and partners. In addition, the incumbent will act as a resource person for assurance professionals on all tax matters.

- Oversees and manages compliance mandates for strategic corporate, trust, partnership and individual clients;
- Identify and define new tax service opportunities for our customers;
- Help manage the implementation of solutions proposed to customers;
- Mentor and coach tax professionals to help them realize their full potential;
- Involved in the firm’s growth through business development, recruitment and training.
- 4 to 6 years’ experience for a director role and more than 7 years for a senior director role;
- CPA designation and a Master’s degree in taxation or completion of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course;
- Critical thinking, a dedicated team player, thoroughness, curiosity, good writing skills and the desire to deliver an optimal customer experience are essential qualities for success in this position;
- Possesses solid technical knowledge and takes the necessary steps to keep skills up to date and pursue professional development;
- Bilingualism (spoken and written);
- Knowledge of appropriate computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, Taxprep, etc.)
