Working in collaboration with members of the Transactions team within Consulting Services, the incumbent will actively participate in business acquisition and sale transactions, financing, due diligence (QOE), and investment projects. In addition, the role involves acting as a dedicated professional to perform financial analyses, conduct relevant research, and contribute to the preparation of strategic models and reports.

Responsibilities Overview

+ Assist in preparing financial analyses and projections
+ Help draft reports and investment documents
+ Support the team in preparing financial and valuation models
+ Collaborate on M&A and corporate financing mandates
+ Analyze financial data and prepare relevant supplementary analyses
+ Conduct financial, industry, and market research
+ Develop an understanding of business models and transactional issues
+ Help improve internal processes

Profile of the ideal colleague

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
+ Currently pursuing a CPA designation or a recent graduate
+ Strong interest in transaction finance and business consulting
+ Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
+ Excellent proficiency with computer software, particularly Excel
+ Bilingualism is essential, and strong verbal communication skills are required
+ Attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering an optimal client experience
