Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and working in collaboration with other members of the Administration department, the incumbent will play a key role in the support and development of the ERP and PowerBI solutions used by our firm. He/she will be responsible for participating in various technical initiatives, ranging from support to solution design, testing, documentation and quality assurance.

  • Act as first-level support for users of the firm’s ERP and PowerBI solutions;
  • Participate in the testing of solutions or updates to the firm’s systems;
  • Participate in the development of PowerBI solutions and reports;
  • Design, implement and maintain functional and quality assurance tests;
  • Participate in the analysis of requests and projects from a technical and functional point of view;
  • Produce technical documentation;
  • Maintain and develop your knowledge of web development and current technologies through training courses;
  • Detect and resolve data transfer issues;
  • Participate in new software implementation and integration projects.
  • University degree or college diploma in computer science or equivalent field;
  • Experience in using APIs;
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL;
  • Good knowledge of Python (an asset);
  • Experience in application development using the Microsoft PowerBI suite;
  • Ability and desire to learn new technologies;
  • Excellent management of priorities, ability to analyze and summarize;
  • Communicative profile; able to communicate professionally and clearly with employees;
  • Focused on continuous improvement and process optimization;
  • Be able to work independently in a fast-changing environment;
  • Resourcefulness, proactivity, a well-developed sense of initiative and a dedicated team player are qualities that are essential to the success of this position.
