Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will work closely with the Communications and Marketing team. They will be responsible for the firm's content creation and will ensure optimal copywriting and quality control of marketing communications. They will be responsible for collaborating on the development of communications strategies and standards, and participating in their application. They will act as an advisor to the various departments in the implementation of communications and marketing activities, in line with the strategic plan. They will recommend improvements in line with best practices in their field in order to optimize the impact of activities and ensure the maintenance and recognition of the firm's brand image.

  • Plan, create, write and evaluate content for the firm’s various digital platforms (website, social media, newsletters, sales tools, promotional materials, advertising, appointment notices, etc.);
  • Create, write and edit content;
  • Ensure consistent editorial quality of deliverables;
  • Adapt content writing to target audiences and distribution channels;
  • Communicate with team members and collaborators from other departments to understand their needs;
  • Collaborate on special projects (when required);
  • Maintain the firm’s brand image by respecting and continuously improving the tone and attributes of the brand.
  • University degree or college diploma in communications or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience;
  • Proficiency in Ms Office suite and very good command of technology;
  • Excellent writing skills and an inspired, inspiring style;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and fluency in English;
  • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment;
  • Dedicated team player, autonomy, flexibility, rigor, versatility and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.
