Coordonnateur.rice, Acquisition de talents

At DB, the Wellness, Culture + Engagement group shines...! It has a front-row seat and is a must, because our talents are at the heart of our DNA. Our group drives the firm's strategies and vision, and actively participates in its growth by fostering a culture of professionalism, commitment and recognition. Working closely with members of the Wellness, Culture + Engagement team, the incumbent will participate in the full spectrum of talent acquisition for the entire firm. They will contribute to the optimization of the DB employer brand and develop innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent. With 4 places of business and several colleagues currently in virtual mode, the coordinator's mandate will be to ensure a candidate experience that is as extraordinary as it is uniform within these different environments, in order to contribute to team cohesion, commitment and quality of life on a daily basis.

  • Ensure that the talent acquisition process is optimal and aligned with the firm’s image and core values (what we want is to recruit people who are nice, respectful, bright and driven by a burning desire to exceed our customers’ expectations… talented colleagues with whom even your 7th team meeting of the week is enjoyable and with whom you feel like going for a coffee… or to the next 5@7!)
  • Takes charge of the entire recruitment cycle for certain job categoriesYou are a (nice) head hunter, you match the best talents with the right jobs. You make our teams shine. You know how to spot potential 100 km away and turn an interview into a memorable experience. You make our corporate culture shine from the very first contact. )
  • Coordinates and participates in the integration of new recruits (and prevent them from getting lost in the corridors)
  • Sort applications like a pro, conduct telephone interviews and conduct interviews with tact and flair
  • Ensures that job postings are written and put online on the various platforms (Listen to managers talk about their needs… and help them express them clearly)
  • Actively assists the CPA University Recruitment Committee with recruitment activities (It’s intense…but pure joy and collaboration!). Participates in various recruiting activities such as career days and recruiting cocktails
  • 5-star candidate experience
  • Maintains and develops business partnerships with specialized external recruiting firms and colleges. (Business partners are invaluable allies. If you think like we do, we’ll get along just fine).
  • Keep our ATS up to date … in other words, be our Bamboo superuser!
  • Support our Director of Professional Development in her many initiatives (really cool) as well as the training platform!
  • Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team to promote and strengthen our employer brand (If you knew my colleagues in Communications & Marketing, you’d have already sent in your CV!)
  • Implement original recruitment strategies and ensure that DB is competitive in its approach to attracting talent
  • Carries out research and screening of candidates on the various platforms available (social media, networking, etc…) (cup of coffee in hand, goes hunting for the best candidates on various platforms!)
  • Participates in various HR projects throughout the year.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources/industrial relations or administration with HR concentration;
  • 2-4 years’ relevant experience with the full recruitment cycle;
