Working in collaboration with members of the Transactions team within Advisory Services, the incumbent will actively participate in business acquisition and sale engagements, financing, due diligence (QOE), and investment projects. Their role will also involve advising entrepreneurs and actively participating in strategic analyses, financial modeling, and the execution of transactional mandates.

+ Understand and analyze the business models and cash flows of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
+ Prepare and review financial projections
+ Draft reports and investment documents
+ Prepare valuation models and other financial models
+ Collaborate on business acquisition, sale, and financing engagements
+ Participate in financial due diligence engagements (QOE)
+ Analyze financial data and prepare relevant supplementary analyses
+ Conduct financial, industry, and market research
+ Demonstrate creativity in solving financial problems
+ Participate in improving internal processes and developing the practice

+ CPA designation required
+ Relevant experience in an accounting firm or transactional advisory services
+ Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flows in small and medium-sized businesses
+ Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements
+ Strong interest in transaction finance and strategic consulting
+ Excellent proficiency in common IT and financial software applications
+ Bilingualism essential and strong verbal communication skills
+ Rigorous, proactive, dedicated team player, collaboration-oriented, and customer-focused
