Due to our great concern for the health of our colleagues, clients and partners, as well as our desire to continue providing seamless service, we have implemented certain measures to help limit the spread of the coronavirus.

Telecommuting: a number of our colleagues will now telecommute using the IT infrastructure we already had in place. We will contact you before each project begins to determine the best ways to connect with you during our work together.
Hygiene measures: our offices remain open, but will now be cleaned and maintained more frequently. If you need to visit our offices, we ask for your cooperation: you will need to register as a visitor and follow our hygiene protocol. Don’t take it personally when our colleagues don’t shake your hand. This is part of the procedures we’ve set up to keep everyone safe. From now on, we’ll opt for virtual meetings at your convenience as much as possible.
Group activities: we’ve obviously stopped our networking activities and cancelled conference attendance. Internal meetings and training will be conducted via videoconference. We’re also prohibiting our employees from travelling outside Quebec in the course of their duties. All of our colleagues returning from abroad must now quarantine themselves for 14 days before they can return to our offices. We also ask you to do the same before visiting our offices after travel.
Since the situation is constantly changing, we’re staying proactive in our mitigation efforts and paying close attention to any resulting consequences.
