The Government of Québec announced yesterday, March 18, that Revenu Québec has modified certain deadlines for tax return filing and payments, to harmonize with those of the Canada Revenue Agency.

For its part, Demers Beaulne is ensuring that its team can prepare your income tax returns within the usual timeframe. Moreover, refunds for individuals and businesses will be processed as usual by Revenu Québec. As such, we recommend that you provide your documents to us as soon as possible.

There are three ways to do so:
1. DB Portal* – view the instructions here;
2. Email – with a password for attached documents, either your SIN for Canadian tax returns or your SSN for American tax returns;
3. Mail – by registered mail or other courier service, such as Purolator, UPS, Fedex, DHL, Dicom Express.
*For those using the Portal–we will have to create an account for you if you do not already have one. Please email or call the assistant of the partner assigned to your file (see list below) and she will create an account for you.
