COVID-19: Extension of certain tax deadlines (federal & provincial)

Updated July 27, 2020

Several filing and payment dates have been updated, including deadlines for tax reports (GST & QST) and for filing corporate income tax and information returns.

Demers Beaulne, for its part, has done everything in its power to ensure that our team can file your tax returns within the usual deadlines. In fact, for individuals and companies entitled to a refund, it will be processed in the usual way by Revenu Québec. We therefore recommend that you provide us with your documents as soon as possible.

Here are three ways to send us your documentation:
1. DB Portal* – see the procedure here;
2. E-mail – with password for attachments, either your SIN for Canadian tax returns or your SSN for U.S. tax returns;
3. Post – by registered mail or other courier service providers such as Purolator, UPS, Fedex, DHL, Dicom Express.
*For those who choose the portal option, we must open your personalized portal, if you have not already done so – please contact the associate assistant responsible for your file (see list below) by e-mail or telephone so that she can open it for you.
