The entire Demers Beaulne team is pleased and proud to appoint Dino Masciotra as Managing Partner and Julie Mailhot as General Manager.
DINO MASCIOTRA, CPA, CA – Managing Partner
Having begun his career as a CPA auditor with Demers Beaulne, Dino Masciotra rose through the ranks to become head of the assurance team, just before taking over as managing partner of the firm. Recognized for his strong leadership, innovative ideas and sharp business acumen, he has built a solid reputation with his network, customers and team over the course of his career. Dino assists managers of small and medium-sized businesses with audit, due diligence and business combination mandates.
Involved in the firm’s special projects for a number of years, Dino will now be in charge of strategic planning and the management committee, and will have as his main mandates the growth of the firm, its outreach and the development of a service offering tailored to the needs of Quebec and international companies. He will also retain an extensive customer portfolio.
JULIE MAILHOT, CPA, CA – General Manager
Also with Demers Beaulne since the very beginning of her career, Julie Mailhot spent the first fifteen years serving the firm’s clients, rising to the position of Senior Manager. She then put her distinctive management and financial skills to good use as the firm’s CFO, before taking on the new position of General Manager. In particular, she was involved in setting up an integrated financial management system and integrating accounting firms as part of an external growth plan.
Assisting the Managing Partner in the firm’s strategic operations, Julie’s mandate will be to position human and technological resources advantageously in order to offer customers a high-performance work environment and a competitive service offering.
