Concerted action for employment up to 85% subsidy possible

Concerted action for employment. Companies are increasingly recognizing that their competitiveness depends on better human resources management and best practices. Whether in terms of attracting, developing or retaining staff, the impact is increasingly clear. Awareness of the impact of human resources on company performance is leading managers to look for ways to manage them more effectively.

The Concertation pour l’emploi (Emploi-Québec) measure, through its human resources management support component, provides employers with assistance in accessing external expertise. Its main aim is to deal with human resources and management issues.

In particular, this component aims to support small and medium-sized businesses inimproving their human resources management practices. Assistance can be in the form of consulting, technical and/or financial support.

 

ACTIVITIES ELIGIBLE FOR THE CONCERTED ACTION FOR EMPLOYMENT MEASURE

The “support for human resources management” component of the Concertation pour l’emploi measure covers three types of activity:

  1. Diagnosis ;
  2. Human resources management consulting mandates ;
  3. Help in setting up a human resources department.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES

Companies generally assume at least 50% of eligible expenses.
The subsidy for projects to increase productivity or extend the working life of experienced workers is increased to 85%.
