Training calendar

Our team of human resources business consultants is pleased to present the training courses for the coming year. They are all offered via the Microsoft Teams platform and take the form of lectures, during which participants will be invited to ask any questions they may have.

From the Act to Modernize the OHS Regime to temporary assignments, our C.R.H.A. can help you manage your human resources effectively.

You will receive the invoice and the link to the calendar invitation at least one month before the event. Please note that in accordance with our general terms and conditions of registration, training fees will be invoiced even in the event of non-participation by you or your employee, while remaining available to discuss exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.

If you would like to offer this training to your employees, but the date has already passed, please contact us. We also offer in-company training.

A high-performance OHS committee

March 29, 2023, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Since April 6, 2022, it has been mandatory to have a health and safety committee (HSC) under the interim plan for any establishment with 20 workers. Some companies already had this obligation under the Act respecting occupational health and safety, and must therefore continue their committee’s activities. Companies belonging to all other priority groups are now obliged to have one as soon as the establishment has more than 20 workers. To help you set up this efficient committee in your company, we offer a training course to guide employee and employer representatives in setting up the committee, explaining their roles and responsibilities.

It’s a great way to give your representatives the tools they need to ensure that your meetings run smoothly, and that the committee is efficient and doesn’t waste time.
