Premier, Canadian Tax/Legal

Notary, M.Tax

As a notary and tax specialist, I’ve been helping entrepreneurs for over 20 years at key moments in their careers: corporate reorganizations, tax planning, mergers & acquisitions or professional incorporations. My dual training in law and taxation gives me a global vision of both legal and financial issues.

My aim is to optimize my clients’ tax situation while building a relationship of trust. I attach great importance to clarity, attentiveness and proximity in my professional relationships. That’s why I always take the time to explain complex concepts in layman’s terms, because in tax matters, a clear understanding of your options is essential if you are to move forward strategically.

I owe my rigor to the competitive sport I practiced for a long time. My creativity, on the other hand, is rooted in my youthful passion for music. This mix helps me to structure my thinking to find tailor-made solutions, where there is no ready-made recipe.

Finally, I sit on various local boards, with the conviction that giving back is an integral part of the responsibility of those lucky enough to be able to do so.
