An entrepreneur at heart, I ran my own firm for many years, which gives me a good understanding of the challenges – and ambitions – of business leaders. For me, every client deserves a personalized approach. Taking the time to build a relationship of trust, to listen, to support… that’s what motivates me.
I rely on a human approach, where the relationship often comes before the transaction. My customers know they can reach me easily, whether for a complex issue or simply to chat. I cultivate this close relationship with sincerity.
Over the years, I have worked with customers from a wide range of industries. This diversity has enabled me to acquire a global vision of business issues, reinforcing my advisory role, particularly during sales, integrations or business successions.
Some of the best business lessons I ever learned were in the arena. I was a field hockey coach for 20 years, and today I use those same qualities – leadership, listening, motivation – to support my customers and colleagues. Sport has taught me that confidence is earned and cultivated. It’s this philosophy that I apply every day in my practice.
