As a maple syrup entrepreneur, as well as a dynamic and attentive professional, I stand out for my innovative approach and ability to think outside the box to meet each customer’s unique challenges. Like nature, which is constantly adapting and evolving, I strive to understand their needs in order to offer personalized solutions that optimize their resources and enable them to prosper. I have to constantly innovate to address the situations that arise during my sugaring-off season, and I do much the same with the people I work with!

Passionate about talent development, I create training programs that enable teams to excel, while ensuring that best practices are applied and standards respected. Inspired by nature’s resilience, my aim is to make employees more efficient and autonomous, by accompanying them along the way.

Customer service-oriented, I believe in the importance of offering tailor-made support. Whether it’s optimizing processes or providing strategic advice, I’m committed to delivering concrete results that strengthen the trust and satisfaction of our customers. Like a mountain guide, I ensure that every customer reaches his or her summits with confidence.
