After more than 20 years of practicing Canadian tax planning, mainly in the context of commercial transactions, I aspire to use taxation as a jumpstart for my clients and not as an obstacle. I have the privilege of having been an entrepreneur myself for more than 15 years, which allows me to understand the challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses in Canada. A large part of my approach is therefore based on the importance of understanding their business objectives and their commercial reality and, in turn, to understand the possible solutions and their impacts.
