Even today, I’m still fascinated and drawn by the rigor, motivation, and organization of the young entrepreneurs who I work with, often as they start up their company. What most drives me is to see them evolve and become self-sufficient, and to get the feeling that I am making a difference in their company and in their life. I am very involved with our clients who have European affiliates in widely diverse sectors and I have the pleasure of closely contributing to their successful establishment in Quebec and Canada.

Since I also have an overriding fondness for management and coaching, I currently like to put my experience to work for my team and our successors. Together, we are developing new working methods by always focusing on teamwork and the satisfaction of our customers.
