Advisor in accounting and financial outsourcing

As a member of the accounting and financial outsourcing team, the incumbent is involved in customers’ general accounting for the entire accounting cycle. In addition, he will provide support to customers and help them close their books each month. The job requires a variety of interactions, both with managers and associates, and directly with customers.

  • Analyze and prepare financial statements, including related reporting;
  • Payroll and benefits management;
  • Customer support in accounting and IT;
  • Accounting software implementation and customer training;
  • An important resource for special mandates requiring high levels of expertise;
  • Preparation of compilation files, financial statements according to firm standards and corporate tax returns;
  • Ensures the proper deployment of the firm’s impact strategy.
  • Relevant accounting studies;
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Good knowledge of accounting software (such as Acomba, Simple comptable, Quickbooks, etc.);
  • Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview (an asset);
  • Knowledge of investment companies (an asset);
  • Autonomy, interpersonal skills, rigor, the ability to manage several mandates simultaneously and a sense of priorities are what set you apart;
  • Fluency in English (spoken/written) and understanding of French (spoken/written);
  • Thoroughness, a dedicated team player, a collaborative approach and a desire to deliver an optimal customer experience are essential qualities for success in this position.
