Tax Assistant

In collaboration with the tax department associates, the incumbent performs various administrative tasks to contribute to the optimal operation of the teams. He or she will assist the associates and their respective team members with the various projects. This job requires daily interaction with several team members and customers.

  • Diary management
  • Coordinate meeting logistics
  • Administrative follow-up with customers
  • Design PowerPoint presentations using templates
  • Handling correspondence
  • Assist associates with various service-related projects
  • Revision, writing and layout of various documents (memos, etc.)
  • Submitting tax returns to the customer portal and obtaining signatures
  • Various administrative tasks: opening customer files and records, invoicing, collection, filing, Internet searches, updating databases, filling in at reception, helping the team of administrative assistants, etc.
  • Ensures proper deployment of the firm’s impact strategy
  • DEC in secretarial science or relevant studies
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Perfect command of French and English (spoken and written)
  • Dedicated team player, multitasker, discretion, sense of responsibility and priorities
  • Strong sense of commitment to colleagues, customers and assignments
